Purchase Ledger Clerk

As a Purchase Ledger Clerk your duties will include:
- Matching and batching of invoices
- Price and discount reconciliations
- Supplier statement reconciliations
- Weekly and monthly payments by cheques and BACs
- Resolving queries
- Weekly cash flow
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate will:
- Have a proven background in a previous Purchase Ledger position
- Have a working knowledge of full accounts payable procedures
- Be able to handle electronic payments
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be able to work well as part of a team
- Have strong IT skills with good knowledge of SAP
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
