About our client:
A large and successful company that have recently moved to the Croydon area.
Description:
Working as part of the Accounts Receivable team this is a busy role dealing with high volume Credit Control collections. You will be responsible for around 2000 accounts and be expected to make around 80 calls per day to achieve your collection targets. You will need to build relationships with clients and with the Customer Services department in order to settle disputes promptly.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will be working in a similar environment ie high volume of calls and target driven. You should also be able to make decisions as to the best use of your time to maximise collections. You will have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be highly motivated.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
