Payroll Administrator

Wellingborough • Temporary - £10.00 per hour

The role will involve processing a monthly payroll for 200 UK employees and approximately 30-40 European employees.  Liaising with external payroll companies.  Checking payroll information such as tax codes, NI, SSP, SMP along with producing various ad-hoc reports.

Who we're looking for

Suitable candidates will have:

  • previous experience within an all round payroll position - ideally having worked in a stand alone role
  • good Excel skills to v-look up/pivot table level
  • the ability to help out with HR queries and issues as required

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.

Our client is a multinational organisation with their European Headquarters based in Northamptonshire and have been established for over 20 years.

Our client is offering a good pro-rata salary, private health care, free on site parking and company pension scheme after a 3 month qualifying period and 25 days holiday pro rata.  Hours of work are 8.30am - 5.30pm with 1 hour for lunch.
