About our client:
A Leading London Housing Association
Description:
To ensure the accuracy of the service charge accounting function. Key duties are:
- Review repairs posting to scheme accounts
- Produce monthly service charge scheme accounts
- Code invoices, process journals
- Prepare accruals and prepayments
- Resolve service charge queries
Profile:
Successful applicants must have the following:
- Good technical accounting knowledge, especially those of double entry, journal preparation and reconciliation of ledger entries
- Experience of Service Charge Accounting
- Able to work in a team, communicate with tenants and management
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
