The business specialise in debt recovery and offering their customers effective debt solutions.Description:
- Collections (Payment and settlement arrangement and negotiation – inbound, dialer and pro-active manual outbound dialing to collect outstanding debt and prevent further arrears).
- Trace and collect
- Maintain existing accounts
- New case input.
- Dealing with correspondence (inbound & outbound).
- Passing appropriate accounts to the legal department for recovery.
Profile:
The ideal candidate will have collections experience, excellent communication skills and the ability to work in team.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
