This is a busy friendly housing association in Hertfordshire that prides itself on the quality of its customer service. Candidates will need to have housing association exposure within management accounts.
Description:
The role will consist of the following:
- Monthly management accounts
- Preparation of service charge accounts
- Analysis of budget variances with department heads
- Analysis using Excel
Profile:
Candidates that we are looking for MUST have previously worked in a housing association as a management accountant. This association operate on a Sun package which would be an advantage. Strong Excel skills would be a distinct advantage.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
