Swedish AP Clerk

Hammersmith • Temporary - £13.00 per hour

 

About our client:

We are looking to recruit for a variety of international commercial clients within the West London area.

Description:

  • Check validity and completeness of invoices / credit notes
  • Manage the vendor documents archiving
  • Analyse open POs
  • Generate standard reports as defined within the AP process and ad hoc requests, as required by the team leader
  • Process invoices / credit notes in the system
  • Obtain additional information if not complete from vendor and requisitioner
  • Send return exceptions (e.g. unmatched invoices) to requisitioner for approval
  • Resolve rejected items, sending to the business for resolution
  • Query handling
  • Profile:

  • Experience within Accounts Payable
  • Fluent in Swedish
  • Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
