As a Credit Controller in Cardiff your role will include:
- Chasing overdue payments via phone, email and letter.
- Resolving customer queries
- Providing reports to management
- Allocating payments
Who we're looking for
As a Credit Controller you must:
- Be immediately available
- Have previously worked in a credit control role
- Have excellent communication skills
- Be computer literate
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
