Accounts Assistant

About our client:

Working in a small team, my client are a business who offer consulting and business services to their clients.

Description:

The  main duties of the role will include:
  • Processing supplier invoices onto Sageline 50
  • Supplier statements
  • Processing supplier payments via BACS
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Sales order processing
  • Purchase order processing
  • Chasing late payments
  • General Administration including filing, answering telephone, any ad-hoc duties as required

 

 

Profile:

The ideal candidate:
  • All round-accounts practical knowledge
  • Sageline 50 desirable
  • Flexible to work
  • Ability to work in a small team

 

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
