Description:
The role of Rent Officers has become more important in the current market, with retrieving owed rents a priority to all Housing Associations.
The role of Rents Officer will prioritise high volume raising of invoices for tenants and allocating incoming monies to accounts.
You will work very closely with the Credit Control team and assist with the collection where necessary.
Profile:
The successful Rents Officer will benefit from previous knowledge of Housing Associations.
Good academics always preferable and AAT studier (or equivalent) a plus.
Must be able to commute to Leeds.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
