Arrears Manager

The role is responsible for managing the servicing operation of all arrears cases in order to maximise recoveries and obtain by encouragement/persuasion retrieval of monies due.
You will directly manage 3/4 team leaders, and with 25+ committed staff in the Arrears team. You will coach and develop individuals to ensure that optimum efficiency and flexibility is achieved.
Through your team, you will continue to set and achieve challenging targets whilst maintaining high standards of quality output, client satisfaction and industry compliance.
Who we're looking for
The successful candidate for the Arrears Manager position will be required to:
- Manage and control the servicing operation of early arrears cases, litigation and sales and recoveries
- Maximise the quality of service delivered to all customers in a cost effective and efficient manner
- Effectively manage all arrears cases in order to maximise recoveries
- Ensure that key business controls are adhered to in order to measure customer service whilst protecting the business interests
- Experience if working in the financial services sector
- Have a working knowledge of legal and mortgage industry requirements
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
