Duties will include:
- Supervising and mentoring a team of Payrollers
- Supporting line managers and staff by dealing with complex queries
- Improving processes, streamlining systems and boosting performance
- Training and coaching, setting team objectives
Who we're looking for
You will have a sound background and knowledge of payroll including SSP, SMP, SAP and SPP whilst also showing evidence of having previously supervised a team at this level.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
