Description:
This role sits within the organisations credit control team, who are responsible for ensuring that business and customer debts are collected in a timely an orderly fashion
Responsibilities in the role include:
- Investigate accounts to find the reason for outstanding debt
- Contact customers and agencies, to ensure payment or negotiate alternative arrangements.
- Ensure all details are correctly documented and appropriate actions are taken in regards to all situations
- Supporting the Team Leader and Manager with other projects
Profile:
Candidates should have the following knowledge and experience.
- Professional and Methodical approach to work
- Customer Service knowledge and experience, and dealing with disputes
- Excellent Microsoft Excel and Word skills
- Any knowledge in credit control and/or customer debt collections would be preferable
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
What's on offer
The salary will be £18000 -£22000 bus pension and additional benefits.
