Payroll Supervisor

Reporting to the Deputy Payroll Manager, the main duties of the role will include:
- Managing and motivating a team of 5-10 staff
- Dealing with all aspects of payroll
- Suggesting and implementing new payroll procedures
- Dealing with any ad-hoc duties as required by the Manager
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate must possess a strong payroll background with excellent people management skills. Experience dealing with a large payroll is highly desirable along with the IPP Diploma.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
