About our client:
Multi-site, worldwide organisation based in their West London office. This is a Compensations and Benefits Advisor role situated in a busy HR team.
Description:
The Compensation and Benefits Advisor role will include:
- All aspects of pensions administration, entrants, starters, leavers, retirements and death claims.
- Helping to calculate pensions benefits, updating and maintaining pensions database.
- Helping to conduct compensations and benefits reviews, including salary benchmarking
- Constantly reviewing suppliers/ providers to ensure cost effectiveness and best provision and making recommendations as appropriate.
- Regularly carry out salary benchmarking exercises/ job grading exercises.
- Produce relevant Management Information for reporting purposes.
- At all times deal with providing relevant information to Internal and External clients.
- Participate in HR projects at an Advisory level
- Based in West London
Profile:
- Advisor level CIPD or part CIPD qualified.
- Good team player
- Strong administrative and reporting skills combined with strong Interpersonal skills
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
