Reporting into the Head of Accounting in Birmingham, you will be ultimately responsible for the credit control for a division of their business. You will be required to deal with a small number of live accounts but these can be complex and requires the individual to have excellent account management skills.
The successful candidate will be required to collect outstanding debt via telephone and letter, allocation of cash, dealing with customer queries and managing customer relationships.
Who we're looking for
In order for your application to be considered, you must have the ability to hit the ground running as a credit controller and demonstrate a solid background within a similar role. Previous exposure of using SAP is essential and you MUST live locally to the Solihull area.
This is a busy and demanding role that will require you to hit the ground running.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
