About our client:
Blue chip organisation
Description:
The role will involve:
- Providing first line HR advice for all staff
- Supporting the HR business partner
- First line resolution for employee relations issues
- Coordination of disciplinary and grievance
- Supporting various projects such as recruitment drives and resizing projects
- Point of contact for HR systems
- Elements of HR administration
Profile:
Candidates should have:
- Experience of working within a HR function preferably as an Advisor
- CPP or CIPD
- Computer literate, specifically excel and word
- Excellent knowledge of employment law
- Very good communicator
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
