About our client:
The Company, with a Global Head Office South of Cambridge are specialists in research and development. Over 50 years old, the Company now have a vacancy for a part qualified Accountant.
Description:
Preferably minimum part qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA you will have previous accountancy experience within a manufacturing or construction environment. Your role will focus on monthly Management Accounts preparation, variance analysis, budget and forecast review and assisting in preparation of the statutory Accounts. You will also be required to prepare VAT returns.
Profile:
Ideally with a Management Accounts and/or Financial Accounts background gained within a construction or manufacturing industry you will have advanced Excel skills and be of an analytical nature. A knowledge of project Accounting would be beneficial for this position. We require an excellent communicator who can meet deadlines to fit in to this well established and successful team.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
