Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk

The role as Sales and Purchase Ledger Clerk in Slough will report directly to the UK Financial Controller and will involve the following:
- Inputting sales contracts into Oracle Financials system
- Ensuring sales/debtors reports are accurately maintained
- Ad hoc raising of sales ledger invoices
- Daily posting of cash receipts
- Assisting with pricing increases
- Updating customer information on US sales portal
- Coding, matching and posting of purchase ledger invoices
- Payment runs
- Raising purchase orders
- Ad hoc holiday cover for other members of the accounts team
Who we're looking for
We are looking for candidates with the following:
- Oracle Financials experience
- Strong level of excel
- Previous working knowledge in Sales or Purchase ledger
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of accuracy and numeracy
- Proactive approach
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
