Resourcing Assistant

The main purpose of this role is to coordinate and assist in the entire recruitment and resourcing process: · Manage the advertisement of all Brand Management vacancies via internal methods and external websites and agencies· Liaise with appropriate contacts to place advertisements in local and national media· Update weekly vacancy report and all vacancy information i.e. job ops, newsletter· Liaise with PSL Recruitment Agencies to advertise vacancies appropriately· Issue application forms and recruitment information when necessary· Process applications via internet (logging, acknowledging, short listing, regretting, offering candidates)· Organise interviews using appropriate methods to confirm details with both candidates and interviewers· Forward internal and external applications to Area Management in a professional and timely manner· Provide administration support to HR Managers workshops and assessment days· Conduct telephone interviews where appropriate · Collate all interview and feedback notes for all candidates· Take complete responsibility for replenishing all recruitment materials and Resourcing cupboard· Undertake ad-hoc project work as set by HR Managers· Manage own diary and movements to co-ordinate with needs of the business
Who we're looking for
Candidates should have previous experience of working within a retail environment with previous resourcing experience. You must have excellent communication skills and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
