The successful candidate will deal with the following tasks:
- Supporting the delivery of reward solutions
- Data analysis and research
- Spreadsheet manipulation
- Excel formulae
- Guiding and advising HR and line regarding reward policy
- Data gathering, analysis and interpretation
- Salary reviews
- Bonus development

- Minimum of a years experience in a Rewards environment
- Strong analysis skills
- Strong relationship building skills
- Negotiation and influencing

- Excellent communications skills
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and database management
