Reward Analyst

Our client is a large, global Finance business.  The business has a very rewards focussed outlook and as such requires a new member of the Rewards Team.  Our client is always looking to improve themselves and the working environment for its employees.

Description:

The successful candidate will deal with the following tasks: 

  • Supporting the delivery of reward solutions
  • Data analysis and research
  • Spreadsheet manipulation
  • Excel formulae
  • Guiding and advising HR and line regarding reward policy
  • Data gathering, analysis and interpretation
  • Salary reviews
  • Bonus development

Profile:

As a world leader in their industry, our client is looking for sharp, bright individuals who are looking to build a career in Rewards/HR.  To be considered you will have the following skills/experience:

  • Minimum of a years experience in a Rewards environment
  • Strong analysis skills
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Negotiation and influencing
  • Flexible and adaptable nature
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel and database management
