Accounts Assistant

The role is a stand alone position and you will be covering the Finance function within this busy Office. Your role will encompass the posting and payment of supplier invoices, working out commission and covering the accounts receivable ledger. There will be an aspect of admin and an ability to self start is required. Strong Excel skills are essential for this position as there will be required usage on a daily basis. A comprehensive handover will be provided. There is also support provided from an off site Finance Manager
Who we're looking for
With previous exposure as an Accounts Assistant or Ledger Clerk in a similar stand alone role you will be able to work a 5 day week on a reduced hours basis. The role has strong potential to go permanent in the near future.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
