Payroll Team Leader

Reporting directly into the Payroll Manager your responsibilities will be to manage, motivate and mentor members of the team and identify further development and progression within the department, administer payroll systems, implement new procedures & processes, guarantee all hourly paid employees are paid accurately and on time and all associated tasks are completed.
You will be responsible for approximately 8 members of the team and work along side other Team Leader's and Managers.
Who we're looking for
For this role it is ESSENTIAL that you have managed a team of payrollers 5+.
This role is not suitable for someone who has come from a stand alone background managing a payroll function.
You will work well within a large team, be organised, good management skills and have the ability to motivate a team.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
