Payroll

Glasgow • Permanent • £20000 - £25000

 

About our client:

Our client is a large, worldwide business services organisation who are a major leader in their field of expertise. The company are based in prestigious offices in Glasgow.

Description:

·Capturing of payroll information into SAP

·Dealing with employee queries via email and telephone

·Processing statutory documentation from third party providers

·Processing and payment of expenses as required,and completing full reconciliation of expenses for finance each week

·Managing the completion of full payroll reconciliation month to month, and for year end submission for Gross to Net activity and BACS and CHAPS payments

·Processing of all employee benefits through payroll

·Ad-hoc payroll duties as required

·Managing the full reconciliation process of all third parties from the payroll run each month

·Creating and sending all  BACS files

·Ensuring quality standards are adhered to in all areas of work

·Managing the payroll finance processes, and assuring that all audit guidelines are met and adhered to

·Communicating with third parties, including attending client meetings ·  Participating in year end  processes

·Managing all financial interfaces

·Assisting in project work, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT)

 

Profile:

We are looking for candidates who have extensive payroll experience in a large multi-site payroll enviroment.

Good working knowledge of employment legislation, excellent customer services skills and good IT Skills.

Time management and organisational skills are essential and a payroll qualification would be preferred but not essential.

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
