About our client:

My client is a leading financial services client.

Description:

  • Communicate by e mail with members of the Fund Management division and Corporate Governance team to ensure accurate and timely voting.
  • Scan all meetings in ISS on-line voting system for non-routine or contentious issues and highlight these to Fund Management.
  • Transfer data from ISS on-line voting system into Excel in order to diarise all meetings and maintain voting records. 
  • Schedule stock lending recalls for meetings. 
  • Arrange attendance for Fund Managers at meetings.
  • Ensure an adequate audit trail of voting explanations is maintained.
  • Liaise with ISS staff to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Produce regular reports to Client Services.
  • General clerical duties in support of all the above.
  • Provide cover within department.
 

 

Profile:

  • Strong administrative or clerical experience within Financial Services
  • Excellent, effective communication skills – both verbal and written
  • Ability to deal with people at all levels
  • Computer literate: good working knowledge of Excel and Word
  • Good accurate keyboard skills
  • Attention to detail
  • High level of numeracy
  • Ability to produce accurate work through self-discipline within strict timescales
  • Ability to organise and prioritise to consistently meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of Lotus notes
  • MUST HAVE AN ENGLISH HIGHER GRADE OF B OR ABOVE
