Recruitment Consultant

The role involves providing customers with a high quality recruitment service. You will build relationship with clients and candidates alike, matching the right person to the right position.

This is a sales position, a key part of your role will be winning new business and ensuring repeat business through an excellent service. You will be comfortable selling your service both on the phone and in person and be happy to work in a fast-paced target driven organisation.

Who we're looking for

We are looking for graduate level candidates who have had some exposure to sales and want to progress their career in this area. If you want to work hard, challenge yourself to exceed targets, to be the best at what you do and are not afraid of challenging situations then get in touch!

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
