Reward and ER Assistant

London West End/WC • Permanent • £19000 - £24000

 This role is an opportunity for an HR Administrator to develop their skills within Reward and Employee Relations.

 Reward (approx. 80% of role)

·        Manage all benefits schemes including sourcing and negotiating discounts with providers, managing the on-going relationship with existing providers, quarterly reporting on uptake of discounts, updating the Intranet, managing the communication of new and existing benefits including quarterly production of store posters

·        Support the Reward Manager in all key Reward activities – benchmarking, pay review, bonus, producing and analysing key data and statistics

·        Act as the key contact for market surveys, completing salary survey submissions accurately and on time

·        Raise, process and reconcile Purchase Orders, invoices and cheques and update ER & Reward Managers monthly on status of budget

·        Maintain the Childcare Vouchers database to ensure starters, leavers and lifestyle changes are updated as required

·        Issue and maintain up to date records for Eye Care Vouchers

·        Maintain the start, change, leave administration

·        Produce the monthly HR statistics for the Board and produce packs for brand HR Directors and HR teams

Employee Relations (20% of role)

·        Maintain and update Employee Relations information on the Company’s intranet site, including company policies and newsletter

·        Manage the Employee Relations e-mail account, advising ER Managers of content as appropriate

·        Coordinate printing, publishing and distribution of HR policies

·        Coordinate Employee Relations training and/or briefing events – room booking/delegate booking

Who we're looking for

Previous Human Resources Administration experience is required, preferably within a retail environment, and an interest in pursuing a career in Reward is essential. You will need solid IT skills including Excel, Word and PowerPoint and you must be highly numerate with proven analytical skills

Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
