Office Manager with Finance - Fluent Italian - Relocate to Italy

We are currently seeking an Office/Finance Manager with strong finance skills for a property development company based in the Abruzzo region of Italy. Initially you will be required to assist setting up the office, contacting and negotiating with suppliers, creating systems & procedures and dealing with IT. In addition to this you will be responsible for all financial aspects regarding the office which will include tasks such as:
- Setting and monitoring budgets
- Handling cash flow
- Liaising with accountants, banks and other professionals
- Invoice resolution and payments
- Liaising with investors, parent company and public funding organisations
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Be a University graduate in Finance/Economics/Accountancy
- Have proven track record in an office environment with a finance related role
- Be happy to relocate to the Abruzzo region of Italy
- Have fluency in both English and Italian
- Be happy to work as part of a small team
- Have strong attention to detail and accuracy
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
About our client
Our company is a property development organisation who is currently working on a project in the Abruzzo region of Italy. The development will include a mixture of residential, tourism and leisure facilities including an airport and golf club.
