Our Client is looking to grow their purchase ledger team for their Bournemouth site the role varied depending on skill level but will include.
- Matching and coding of purchase invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Payment runs
- Data entry
- Bank Reconciliations
- Dealing with queries
Plus other ad hoc administration duties as and when required.
Who we're looking for
Our client is looking for immediately available purchase ledger clerks for their Bournemouth site.
Previous exposure to purchase ledger or accounts payable is essential, as well as a good work ethic and positive attitude.
Candidates must be immediately available and preferably live locally as the location can be difficult to get to at times.
Excel intermediate knowledge is required
Qualifications such as AAT or an accounting degree would be considered favourable.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
