The role will involve the following:
Planing work on audits, including scheduling diary invites for partners and managers, ensuring correct staff are booked, analysing client results to establish audit focus and testing of client's control frameworks. Supervise the audit teams on site, including coaching and training junior members of the team, assigning work to individuals, performing review of working papers and delivering job appraisals. Responsible for liaising with client management, being the first point of contact for financial directors to discuss significant issues.Report directly to managers on a day-to-day basis and partners on planning, preparing budgets, explaining differences from actual to budget, completion and client close-out meetings.Ensuring client facing material and accounts are completed to a high standard and are consistent with the firm's standards
Who we're looking for
We are looking for ACA qualified or finalist level accountant with experience in audit.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
