This is a brilliant opportunity for a Bilingual Senior Trading Floor PA to take their next step in their career.
The role is supporting a senior member of staff within an Investment Bank, however in order for your application to be considered you MUST have worked as a senior PA before, MUST have worked on the Trading Floor and MUST be FLUENT FRENCH
- Extensive diary/travel arrangements
- Dealing with any correspondence urgently when required
- Constantly prioritising and rearranging
- Providing cover for other secretarial staff
- Expenses
- Editing PowerPoint Presentations
- Maintain group structural chart
Profile:
- MUST BE FLUENT FRENCH
- MUST HAVE WORKED ON A TRADING FLOOR
- MUST HAVE WORKED AS A PA AT A SENIOR LEVEL (CEO/COO/Global Head)
- Be organised and efficient
- Proactive and resilient
- Be able to multi-task and prioritise work load
- Push back where needed
The role is working for a high profile individual so Candidates must be of high calibre. The list of tasks is extensive and requires a meticulous approach. As a successful candidate you will be dealing with sensitive and confidential information so need to have a high level of discretion.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
