Part Time Contracts Ledger Clerk

Leamington Spa • Permanent • £16000 - £18000

 

About our client:

My client is a market leader within the business services sector 

Description:

Daily duties include:

  • Processing of purchase invoices in a quick and accurate manner
  • Matching purchase invoices to good received
  • Running weekly and monthly payment proposals
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal departments
  • Processing expenses for the sales force
  • Reconciling supplier statements on a monthly basis
  • Scanning of invoices
  • Processing debit notes

Profile:

As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate:

  • Good numerical skill set
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • High levels of professionalism and integrity
  • Strong background within purchase ledger
  • Ability to work to work under strict deadlines in a pressurised environment
