This fantastic Accounts Administrator role based in South Cambridge will suit you if you have previous exposure to:
Entry and maintenance of sold job data on in-house computer systems
Raising of client invoices
Support to the WIP management and debt chasing process for assignments
Weekly time-card process; ensuring all time-card are submitted on time, all hours are resolved
Distribution of weekly reports
Coordination of practice job administration, including; setting up and maintaining internal jobs, checking of cross charges for catering and printing; monitoring practice costs
Expenses checking
Who we're looking for
This Accounts Administrator role would suit you if you are looking to start a career in Finance.
- A pro-active person with some office exposure
- Good working knowledge of Word and Excel
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Have dealt with invoicing and expenses processing
- Good numerical, organisational and keyboard skills
- Excellent communication skills, high attention to detail, pro-active member of the team, confident to work without direction when needed.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
