Description:
You will be responsible for 4 Team Leaders and 23 assistants. This will include 1:1, appraisals, setting weekly and monthly targets. Reviewing progress.
You will ensure that all company processes are adhered to and performed at top level of efficiency.
As the Manager you will responsible for identifying and resolving internal and external problems escalated by Team Leaders.
You will be responsible for the performance of the team and AP/AR function.
You will be asked to implement processes and procedures as and when required.
Profile:
You will be a focused individual who is able to develop direct reports and others.
You must have proven track record of managing both AP/AR function within a similar role
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
