Description:
The role is a Senior member of the Credit Control team, who will have the responsibility to oversee the debt collection of the team and solve any debt collection related problems. You will have a smaller ledger than others in the team but have more responsibility to produce reports and monitor the ledgers. Ideas to improve processes will be actively encouraged.
Profile:
The successful candidate will have proven Supervisory experience within a Credit Control role, have excellent communication skills and man-management skills. They will be keen to use their initiative and not enjoy aggressive credit control. There is a high focus on building relationships with the customer and the ability to build rapport quickly will be an advantage.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
