Credit Controller

Key responsibilities include:
- Review customer accounts in line with targets set by team leader
- Action cash and stopped orders reports
- Make calls to customers to chase payments
- Contact customer if payment has been received without a remittance advice
- Resolve allocation queries
- Assist in reconciliation at month end
- Send out letters to chase payments
Who we're looking for
We are looking for someone with a background in credit control, who likes to be part of a team environment and who is hardworking and friendly.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
