The role will involve:
- Managing a number of Distributions through the stages of XD to Paydate, reconciling units in issue, chasing rates, inputting details.
- Ensuring that Vouchers are co-ordinated and mailed according to Service Level Agreements and within regulation guidelines.
- Preparing information for the HMRC and liaising with Trustees.
- Transfer Agency business knowledge·
Who we're looking for
Candidates need to have experience of working in a pressurised environment and be willing to work extra hours and be committed to the assignment.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
