Experience should include:
Monthly reporting: Perform the month-end consolidation process, including close liaison with Group Accountant, Group Financial Controller and divisional Financial Controllers across the group Build up and improve on the components of the monthly reporting pack; that is distributed to the Board and a separate pack which is distributed to, and discussed with, divisional managers.Revise and report on KPIs throughout the group
Statutory reporting: Key involvement in year-end and interim statutory reporting processes; liaising with group companies and group auditors to assist the Group Finance Director and Group Financial Controller in this key part of a listed company’s calendar.
Weekly reporting: Collate and report weekly information to the board, operational executive team and divisional managers.An opportunity to update and improve reporting and systems currently in place across the group.
Budgeting and forecasting: Working closely with the Group Financial Controller, Group Finance Director and divisional Financial Controllers, be key part of the annual budget setting process and reforecasting processes performed during the year.
Who we're looking for
You'll ideally be studying for either ACCA or CIMA or be at least part qualified by experience.
Where specific UK qualifications are required we will take into account overseas equivalents.
