Accounts Assistant

• Responsible for accounts payable function of all companies within the group
• Checking payment of vendor invoices, coding of invoices and posting to the general ledger
• Gaining the necessary approvals to pay the invoice and reconciliation of vendor statements
• Aged creditor and payment reporting
• Responsible for travel expense management
• Supporting the international finance controller when required

Who we're looking for

• Ideally to have a working background in the field of accountancy
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable and/or accounts receivable
• Strong reconciliation skills 
• Financial Services background desirable 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical, structured and efficient
• Organizational and administrative skills
• Possess and even disposition and able to withstand pressure
• Able to adapt and cope with the changing environment that a small, Developing company brings
• Diligent and hard working
• Ideally up to HND level education
