Payroll Administrator

- To provide an effective and efficient payroll service to customers, ensuring the accurate and timely payment of their employees’ salaries.
- Calculate, prepare and transmit manual payments and third party disbursements.
- Run sample payrolls to ensure quality and resolve errors or deviations.
- Reconcile PAYE and NI figures to ensure that customers pay the correct amounts to HMRC.
- Receive and record customer enquiries and provides basic information in response to customer requests
- Maintain effective relationships with internal customers and suppliers.
- Consider and escalate any new ideas which add value to the customer.
Who we're looking for
Good technical knowledge of payroll and payroll systems, track record of face to face, telephone and written contact with customers.

Salary of up to £21,500 dependant on qualification and experience plus study support for IPP qualification. The role will develop skills that will allow movement to, Senior Payroll Administrator or Payroll Team Leader
