As the Learning and Development Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting in organising core training courses and training events for all levels of staff within the company. You will be in regular contact with different employees and managers, supporting requests for training and liaising with training providers to organise as appropriate.
· Schedule corporate training programmes
· Liaise with and maintain relationships with external training providers
· Administer and monitor training course quality
· Book delegates onto appropriate training programmes and process individual training course requests
· Manage training facilities, select venues and book training equipment
· Administer quarterly Corporate Induction
· Process all invoices and monitor spend on all training activity
· Produce monthly and quarterly training attendance reports
· Administer externally funded qualification programmes
· Administer Management Development Programmes
· Regular updating and monitoring of L&D information on company intranet site
· Organise and administer quarterly best practice lunches
· Assist with recruitment, assessment and producing training plans for the annual graduate scheme
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will have previous training administration experience with knowledge and understanding of the training process/cycle. You will have solid IT skills and have excellent administration skills. You will have a confident and approachable attitude and be customer-focused.
