HR Advisor

This is a highly visible and pivotal role within the business, and you will be working with and reporting to some senior members of the organisation including the CEO.
You will require to work on a number of HR projects including various Employee Relations issues, Talent Management, Recruitment and Employee Queries as well as managing day to day HR Administrative tasks.
Who we're looking for
- CIPD Part Qualified
- Previous HR experience in a publishing or professional services organisation.
- Professional and articulate with the ability to communicate at Director and CEO level comfortably.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.

They publish a number of market-leading magazines, journals and newspapers as well as producing specialist Business Information websites. One of the publications is listed as the oldest newspaper in the world, and has been available since 1734. It is currently available in print as well as website and other electronic formats.
