The main purpose of the role is to assist the London based Talent Team in delivering and developing top talent for the agency. The Talent team is passionate, committed, giving you a broad remit, big challenge and chance to shine! You will be able to get involve with performance, reward, recruitment, retention, training and development, salary benchmarking, arranging graduate assessment centres, people management master classes, course evaluation and performance appraisal.
Who we're looking for
Ideally you will have a HR or HR related degree and have completed a placement year.
