The role of HR Administrator reports in the HR Manager and the duties will include:
- Acting as first point of contact for employee queries and issues
- Administer the recruitment process for staff and graduate recruitment programmes
- Working very closely with the HR Officer and HR Manager
- Dealing with payroll queries
- Maintain accurate personnel files for all employees
Who we're looking for
The successful applicant must have a proven track record in HR Administration, posses good communication skills, be MS Office literate and be able to work well on own initiative as well as be a key team player.

Professional services client with 30 offices and 25,000 employees.
This role is based in their Oxford office, which has 150 people on site.
