- The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the HR function.
- The successful candidate will have to keep up-to-date the already installed HR system, as well as administering the health and pension schemes.
- General HR duties such as company car administration and credit card administration will also be within your remit.
- Planning training for staff.
- This role offers the real possibility of building up the HR department and 'making it your own'.
- Liasing with recruitment agencies.
- Screening of CV's.
- First stage job interviews.
- New staff inductions.

Key skills required for this role are:
- The individual will display enough confidence to orchestrate a presentation using tools such as Powerpoint.
- Computer literate.
- Exposure to internal recruitment.
