Main responsibilities:
- Management of employee admin processes covering employment offers, new hire inductions, probation management, salary reviews and leavers arrangements.
- Review, monitor and maintain employee data using both paper records and electronic database (HR Works).
- Organisation of internal training events and ensuring full evaluation is provided.
- Ensuring best practice is adopted and followed through in relation to employee practices.
- Ensure HR policy and processes are in line with statutory requirements.
- Provide strong customer focus to employee enquiries and respond in a pro-active and positive manner.
Who we're looking for
Role requirements:
- Previous HR experienced work is essential working within a fast paced environment.
- Demonstrable understanding of basic employment law.
- Strong IT Literacy skills.
- Understanding and knowledge of working with and maintaining HR Databases.
- Strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of HR Best Practice.
