Governance and Payments Support Manager

You will be part of an Operations team that supports a wide variety of fundraising activities across the charity. The role is primarily responsible for Governance and Financial/Audit rulings
- You will manage and monitor processes and projects
- You will be required to liaise with various projects managers and divisional teams
- Identify problems areas and plan suitable rectifications
- Identify possible training areas and supporter requirements
- Communicate with staff at all levels and improve understanding of the work your team carries out
No day will be the same in this role and you may be required to travel to various sites/events
Who we're looking for
You must have a background or a very good understanding of Governance/Financial Audit work – you will be tested on this.
You will ideally have worked for a Charity organisation and a good understanding of fundraising would be beneficial.
Projects experience will be an advantageous.
Communication skills must be excellent as this is a key part of this role.
You will have a expert eye for details and be a meticulous time keeper.
