Recruitment Officer

This Recruitment Officer role will be based in North London 

• Support HR Business Partners for Retail and Wholesale Divisions
• Co-ordinating of projects, specifically designed to integrate multiple business into one organisation
• Manage the internal and external advertising campaigns across the different business units
• Arrange all interviews and assessment centres, ensuring Managers are equip with relevant documentation
• Manage the relationship with recruitments agencies ensuring all financial matters and service are strictly monitored
• Manage the contractual process for Preferred Suppliers
• Work with external advertising agencies
• Audit and report on the performance of the Attraction strategy
• Liaise with all candidates in with regard to the recruitment and selection strategy

Our client is a Global travel operator established over 15 years ago, operating mainly in the UK and Europe with an excellent reputation. Working in a team of 5 reporting to the Recruitment Manager. 

What's on offer

Up to 25K per annum depending on experience
