Facilities Officer/Receptionist

The role will include but won't be limited to the following duties -
·To help to establish a facilities support infrastructure utilising both group suppliers and local suppliers where required.
·To assist in providing a variety of facilities support services such as:-
·Postal and courier services, including the distribution of incoming post and collection/franking of outgoing post
·Stationery ordering and dis Reception duties, including, answering incoming calls, meeting and greeting visitors
·Photocopier maintenance co-ordination
·Waste/recycling disposal·Assist with the control and administration of the building access control system, including the production of photographic ID badges
Who we're looking for
Ideally candidates will have:-
- To enjoy meeting people and have an out-going and pleasant personality
- Knowledge of IT skills
- Strong oral and written communication and financial administration skills
- Ability to prioritise and organise work load
- A real team player with a motivating & friendly manner
