HR Administrator

The main purpose of this Human Resources (HR) Administrator role is to provide comprehensive support to the HR Department:
· Producing comprehensive HR reports for senior management that include: headcount, resourcing, new starters, leavers and absence management
· Managing and updating various HR databases: Oracle HRMS, Resource Plan, Offers Tracker
· Conducting exit interviews with leavers and producing reports and analysis
· Collating and processing HR paperwork for payroll within tight deadlines
· Providing advice on company policies and procedures: benefits, performance reviews, maternity, training, holidays, sick leave, etc)
· Providing support to a team of recruiters
· Organising and facilitating the HR induction
· Creating HR presentations
· Providing references (mortgages, bank, employment, etc.)
· Administering all HR processes and working on ad-hoc projects
· Managing personnel files and sensitive information consistent with data protection requirements
Who we're looking for
The ideal candidate for this role will have excellent IT skills including experience using Oracle HRMS (including Discoverer Statistics reports), Oracle HR Intelligence (Analytics), MS Office and be an advanced Excel user – including downloading reports into Excel from HR systems, setting up pivot tables, V-look ups, and Logic functions. You will have high attention to detail and the ability to organise and prioritise you workload. You also be willing to work with spreadsheets and HR systems for 70% of the time.
